Ottotto (一合) means "just enough to fill a cup" in Japanese — not too much, not too little. The perfect pour.
We started Ottotto because we noticed a gap: Hong Kong has a genuine and growing appetite for Japanese sake, but the shelf space is dominated by the same handful of well-known labels. The small, independent breweries producing some of Japan's most interesting sake — the ones with real stories, real craft and real personality — were almost impossible to find here.
We import directly from small Japanese breweries and bring their sake to Hong Kong in a way that's clear, accessible and genuinely helpful. Whether you've never tried sake before or you're searching for your next favourite bottle, we want to be the place you trust to find it.

All Daiginjo, Ginjo and Nama sake are kept refrigerated at 0–4°C from the moment they arrive in Hong Kong to the moment they reach your door. A sake's quality is determined long before it reaches the glass — and we never break the cold chain.
