友達(Tomodachi)會員滿 HK$500 免運費;非會員滿 HK$1,000 免運費。未達門檻加收 HK$90 運費,或選擇北角工作室免費自取。
Tomodachi members enjoy free shipping from HK$500; non-members from HK$1,000. Orders below the threshold incur a HK$90 delivery fee. Free self-pickup is available at our North Point studio.
Q2: 你們配送到香港哪些地區?
Which areas in Hong Kong do you deliver to?
我們覆蓋香港全區,包括港島、九龍、新界及大嶼山。偏遠地區(如大澳、梅窩)可能需要額外安排,請 WhatsApp 查詢。
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Lantau Island. For remote areas such as Tai O or Mui Wo, please WhatsApp us to confirm arrangements before ordering.
Q3: 可以即日或次日配送嗎?
Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?
可以。下午 2 時前完成落單及付款,加購 HK$150 即日配送服務即可安排當日送達。次日配送請於當天下午 5 時前落單。
Yes. Place and pay for your order before 2pm and add the HK$150 same-day delivery upgrade at checkout. For next-day delivery, place your order before 5pm the day before.

What delivery options are available?
我們提供以下配送方式:SF Express 標準配送、SF Express 冷凍配送(生酒及需冷藏酒款建議選用)、LALAMOVE 即日配送。如需冷凍配送,請在訂單備注或 WhatsApp 告知。
We offer: SF Express standard delivery, SF Express frozen delivery (recommended for Nama sake and refrigerated bottles), LALAMOVE same-day delivery. If you require chilled delivery, please note it in your order or WhatsApp us.

Can I collect my order in person?
可以,而且免費。我們的工作室位於北角屈臣道 4–6 號海景大廈 B 座 7 樓 705 室,開放時間為週一至五 11:00–18:30。如需在 18:30–19:00 取貨,請提前 WhatsApp 預約。
Yes, and it's free. Our studio is at Unit 705, Block B, Seaview Building, 4–6 Watson Road, North Point. Open Monday to Friday, 11am–6:30pm. For pickup between 6:30–7pm, please WhatsApp us in advance to arrange.
Q7: 落單後幾時可以去取貨?
How soon can I collect after placing an order?
我們通常在落單後 24 小時內準備好。如需即日取貨,請提前 WhatsApp 9858 1331 確認。
We typically have your order ready within 24 hours of purchase. If you need same-day collection, please WhatsApp 9858 1331 first to confirm availability.

Q8: 清酒需要冷藏嗎?
Does sake need to be refrigerated?
視乎種類。大吟釀、吟釀及所有生酒必須冷藏保存(0–4°C)。純米酒及本釀造可在陰涼避光環境常溫保存,但冷藏效果更佳。每個商品頁均有列明保存方式,請參考。
It depends on the type. Daiginjo, Ginjo and all Nama (unpasteurised) sake must be kept refrigerated at 0–4°C. Junmai and Honjozo can be stored at cool room temperature away from light, though refrigeration is always better. Storage requirements are listed on every product page.
Q9: 開瓶後可以保存多久?
How long does sake keep after opening?
一般清酒開瓶後建議 1–2 週內飲用,並存放於雪櫃。生酒建議 1 週內飲完。氣泡清酒開瓶後請盡快飲用以保留氣泡感。
Most sake is best consumed within 1–2 weeks of opening, stored in the fridge. Nama sake should be finished within 1 week. Sparkling sake should be enjoyed promptly after opening to preserve the carbonation.
Q10: 收到酒後應該立即飲嗎?
Should I drink the sake immediately after receiving it?
不需要急,但建議收到後放入雪櫃靜置 24 小時,讓酒在輕微震動後穩定下來,風味更完整。
No rush — but we recommend placing it in the fridge for 24 hours after delivery to let the sake settle after transit. The flavour will be more complete and balanced once it's had time to rest.

一合友達(Tomodachi)是我們的免費會員計劃。登記後每消費 HK$1 賺取 1 積分,積分可用作折扣換算。會員亦享有較低免運費門檻(HK$500,非會員為 HK$1,000)及新貨優先通知。在網站免費登記即可。

Can I return or exchange my order?
所有已售商品暫不設退款或退換。如收到貨品時有損壞或品質問題,請於收貨 24 小時內 WhatsApp 我們並附上相片,我們會盡快跟進處理。
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please WhatsApp us with photos within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll follow up promptly.

Where do your sake come from?
繁中:全部直接從日本各地酒藏引入,以小眾、香港少見的酒款為主。我們不從中間商購貨,確保品質和溯源清晰。
EN:All our sake is imported directly from Japanese breweries — mostly small, independent producers whose bottles are rare or unavailable in Hong Kong. We don't source through middlemen, so every bottle is fully traceable to its brewery.
