What does Ottotto mean?

It is a colloquial expression used when sake is being poured. They usually say “ottotto” when the sake is almost filled up and refers to “oooooo enough enough enough!” as sake is going to overflow.

What does “一合” mean？

一合 is the quantity unit for sakes. 一合 means 180ml and is pronounced as “ichi-go.,”

All Junmai Daiginjo, Daiginjo, Junmai ginjo, ginjo, and nama sakes are kept in a cold room at -2C. 
All other items are stored in an air-conditioned facility.

If I can’t finish one bottle within a meal, how should I store opened sake？

It is best to store in the fridge. 

How soon should I finish the opened bottle of sake?

If you’d like to savor the authentic flavor, consume within a week. Storing sake in the fridge is a must. However, experiencing the taste evolution due to oxidation can be enjoyable. The flavor evolves, and sometimes, oxidation enhances the sake's taste.

清酒開瓶後，但喝不完，可以怎麼儲存呢？

建議存在冰箱裡。

如果體驗日本酒最原始的風味，建議保存在冰箱內，並在一週內喝完。

但是日本酒風味也隨著氧化而產生變化，有時候氧化讓日本酒風味提升，反而是更有趣的體驗。

Do you do international deliveries? 

At the moment, we don’t offer any international deliveries. 

Can I choose specific delivery time slots and delivery dates?

You may choose your preferred date of delivery.
Note: Delivery slots are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, kindly indicate it in the "Remarks for shop" section during checkout.

Can I track my order? 

Tracking is available once we have dispatched and shipped your items. 

We will send you the tracking number via our website and you will be able to track it via SF Express’s website or app.

Can I do returns? 

At the moment, all items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
