Kato Shuzoten is located in an island of Japan called Sato Island, just about an hour’s ferry ride. Kato Shuzoten takes pride on solely utilising Sado Island grown rice to brew sake. Their sakes have beautiful clear and crisp flavors, whilst giving off very fresh fruity aromas, it is always a delight to enjoy their sake. In 2022 and 2023, Kintsuru Daiginjo has won Champion awards at the Oriental Sake Awards - the only sake to have this accomplishment.

加藤酒造店位於日本的佐渡島，乘坐渡輪大約一個小時即可到達。加藤酒造店100%只用佐渡島產的稻米釀造清澈爽口的清酒而自豪。他們的清酒口感清新，風味純淨散發出濃郁的果香，品嘗他們的清酒總是一種享受。在2022年和2023年，金鶴大吟釀在“亞洲清酒大賞2022 & 2023”中獲得了冠軍獎，成為唯一獲得此殊榮的清酒。
