This bottle of sake is mouth-watering because of its subtle sake acidity. The sake has a good citrus acidity, making it a good appetizer sake. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a good umami as its aftertaste. A wonderful sake to pair with crab, soba, grilled clamshell etc
